How do I choose the right size?
Check our size guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit — tighter or more relaxed.
Can I return or exchange underwear?
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Thailand: 2–5 business days
International: 1–3 business days (DHL Express)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we move fast. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, but you can contact us and we’ll try.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
