We want you to love how BRUUCE feels on you.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, or worn.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return (non-underwear items only), items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In original packaging with tags intact

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For approved returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

BRUUCE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
